By far the WORST Walmart in pa. Heck maybe even in the world! When you order groceries from here they send you like 50 bags. One time one bag only had one item innit, and the item was corn. Never order groceries from here. But their hot wheels are cool

Horrible customer service to nobody’s surprise. Tried to use the picture printing kiosk and 32 of my 55 pictures printed. Then the kiosk ran out of paper. Asked the associate to please fill it. She barely attempted to and asked another associate for help. The other associate said it would be 20 minutes until the associate with the key to unlock the cabinet with the paper would be back. I said okay and waited. 20 minutes later a male associate comes back and says the same thing about the associate on break with the key. Proceeded to wait ANOTHER 20 MINUTES for someone to fill the printer. The associate “with the key” comes over and fills the kiosk with paper from and UNLOCKED CABINET RIGHT NEXT TO THE KIOSK. She then tells us we can’t use the kiosk anymore. I let her know we already had an order in progress and had the receipt for 55 pictures. She said we could use the other computers next to it but I had already waited 40 minutes at this point and Lord knows how long it would’ve taken to get the remaining pictures. The associate rang us up for 32 pictures at the register by the photo station. She never apologized (and neither did any of your other staff) or even offer to ring up th

8/9/26 11:55 am Grab and Go freezers not keeping food frozen. The open freezers in the middle of the aisle, next to meats containing fries and other "frozen foods", were not working properly and bags of fries were thawing today around 12pm when we were shopping. Temperature gauge read almost 50 degrees. Worker notified seemed unsurprised ,partial area in the cooler for the meats was cleared too( right in the same area )because that cooler for the fresh meats also isnt working right. Just an FYI for anyone there today.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I took an entire day off from work solely to be home for my scheduled delivery, sacrificing both my income and personal time. I waited all day, only to be informed at the very last minute that my delivery had been postponed until the following day. This is completely unacceptable. If there was any indication that the delivery could not be completed as scheduled, I should have been notified hours earlier—not after I had already wasted an entire day waiting. My time is just as valuable as yours, and the lack of communication and consideration shown to your customers is incredibly frustrating. A delayed delivery is one thing, but failing to communicate that delay until the end of the scheduled window demonstrates poor customer service and a lack of respect for your customers. Because of your company’s failure to keep its commitment, I lost a day’s pay and will now have to rearrange my schedule again. I sincerely hope your company takes steps to improve its scheduling, communication, and accountability so that other customers don’t have to experience the same inconvenience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I use the Walmart+ service to shop for my household. Almost every time we have an issue. This last delivery, the bags were thrown onto the porch and broke some items. Also, a mystery can of cleaner was found in one of my bags. I have no clue where that came from, I am just assuming it was from the delivery driver's vehicle. A lot of the drivers are very unprofessional and cause problems that I tend to need to get refunds for and of course, these are items I need within the next few days so it is terribly inconvenient. I only use the service as I am disabled and can not do the shopping myself. When you go to customer service and chat with an agent all you get is I will work to make sure this never happens again, but it always happens again. At least I get a $10 promo code for my next delivery. I guess that fixes it.
